We started working on big dairy where they have been having increasing issue year to year on down cows with the concrete needing attention after over 10 years of use. Doug and his group were prompt to the need and was great on response time and getting this LARGE project into his schedule. I called Thanksgiving day so I wouldn't forget, Doug called back same day and was here 3 days later. Service was excellent and cows all make it to the feed lane when they run like idiots now. They did a great job

Doug did a fantastic job here at UVD. He was here when he said he would be and worked with our schedule to accomplish the areas that needed grooving. He worked well in and around the cows. The areas he grooved have definitely decreased the slipping we were seeing. I would recommend him and his service to anyone. Fall of 2018. We had Doug and his son Nick back here to do some more grooving in an area where recently we have had a lot of cows slipping and falling. The problem we had has been solved by the grooving Doug and Nick did. We haven't seen a cow slip or fall in that area since the grooving was done. Thanks, Doug and Nick.
